JetSMART Argentina is a low-cost airline operating in Argentina that was founded in 2018 as a subsidiary of Chilean JetSMART. The airline specializes in domestic and regional flights, transporting passengers, cargo, and mail throughout South America.

🏡 Why we redesign?

The redesign of JetSMART's website addresses critical usability issues that create friction for users researching flights. These problems negatively impact the company, as confused or frustrated users during the purchasing process often develop negative opinions of the airline, resulting in decreased sales.

By enhancing website usability, we aim to create a seamless user experience that enables easy flight research and booking. This will improve customer satisfaction while increasing the likelihood of repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.

Our redesign emphasizes simplicity, clarity, and efficiency. We'll implement a minimalist design that eliminates distractions and facilitates intuitive navigation. We'll also provide users with essential information to make informed decisions and complete transactions quickly and securely.

In summary, the JetSMART website redesign focuses on improving user experience and increasing customer satisfaction. By addressing usability issues and prioritizing simplicity, clarity, and efficiency, we aim to create an easy-to-use website that encourages repeat business.
